La Life Card può essere richiesta dai soli residenti nei comuni dell’ isola d’Ischia ed è destinata ai malati oncologici che viaggiano da Ischia a Napoli per sottoporsi alle cure mediche.

Cosa offre la Life Card?

Consente di viaggiare tutti i giorni esclusi i festivi, gratuitamente sulle unità della flotta Alilauro, per un viaggio di andata e uno di ritorno.

Come Richiederlo:

Recandosi presso gli Uffici Alilauro – Palazzina Volaviamare sita al Molo Beverello.

– Fotografia formato tessera

– Carta d’ Identità (in corso di validità)

– Codice Fiscale

– Piano terapeutico

Tratte di validità:

Ischia – Forio – Napoli Beverello A/R .

La validità della Life Card è limitata alla durata del piano terapeutico consegnato.
